On Thursday I went to class at LBJJ again, and my husband went to the Jiu-Jitsu class at the dojo. When I was still training at the dojo, I kept trying to get Joe to go to the regular Jiu-Jitsu classes with me, especially toward the end when I knew I was running out of time, but I couldn’t talk him into it, then as soon as I leave, he goes to class. What’s up with that?! I told Joe I thought the reason was because since I’ve now traded in my Roseberry’s Jiu-Jitsu blue belt for a BJJ white belt, he is going to try to get his blue belt before I do!
Actually, the real reason he went was to support the Jiu-Jitsu program at the dojo, since there aren’t very many students left. He wanted to be there for whoever was teaching. Shihan taught class on Thursday, but it looks like Danger and Ken are the senior students in Jiu-Jitsu now, and Joe wants to help them out as much as he can.
That’s all well and good, except I hope they don’t do too great of a job teaching Joe, because I still have to roll with him in Ethridge class. Our death matches are going to get even more extreme! Come on dojobros, help a Ginger out, if Joe shows up in your class, don’t teach him very much. ;)

It doesn’t matter that two of those votes are mine.
